Yes. We provide nutritious meals and snacks each day.

We are also happy to discuss vegetarian options and certain dietary needs whenever possible.

How do you communicate with parents?

We use a digital communication app to keep families informed about their child’s daily experiences.

Through the app, parents receive updates, photos, information about activities, meals, naps, and other important moments throughout the day, helping families stay connected and involved in their child’s growth and development.

Do children spend time outdoors?

Yes. Weather permitting, children enjoy outdoor play and activities as an important part of their physical, social, and emotional development.

What safety measures do you have in place?

The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority.

Our licensed family child care program meets current licensing requirements and provides a supervised, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment for children of all ages.

Do you accept financial assistance programs?

Yes. We proudly accept ERDC (Employment Related Day Care).

What happens if my child becomes sick?

To help protect the health and well-being of all children and staff, we follow illness and health policies designed to maintain a healthy environment for everyone in our program.

Do you provide transportation?

At this time, we do not offer transportation services.

Families are responsible for drop-off and pick-up during their scheduled hours of care.

If you have questions regarding arrival or departure times, we would be happy to discuss them with you.

Are you closed on holidays?

Yes. Our program is closed on certain holidays and scheduled closure dates throughout the year.

Families receive an annual calendar with holiday closures and important dates to assist with planning.

Do you have scheduled vacations or other planned closures?

Yes. Throughout the year, there may be scheduled closures, including certain holidays and annual vacation periods.

All dates are communicated to enrolled families in advance.

What happens during severe weather conditions?

The safety of children and families is our top priority.

In the event of severe weather or other conditions that may affect safety, closures or delays will be determined based on decisions made by the Beaverton School District.

Families will be notified promptly of any schedule changes, delays, or closures.
